Thank you for using our free photo recovery software. We have decided to distribute this software free of charge as costs for commercial recovery of memory cards often outweigh the actual value of the photographs. That said, there are many 'priceless' photographs stored on digital media, but because of the cost of recovery these are then lost forever. With our free photo recovery software, this should no longer be the case - provided your memory card can be seen by Windows then there is a good chance that this software will be able to recover the photos, and if it is unable, then at least it will have cost you nothing.
We have developed this software to make the recovery process as easy as possible so that all users can at least attempt recovery at no cost.
There are limitations to the use of the software and these must be agreed before using the software.
In some cases, the software will not recognise that the card is attached to the computer, this indicates a more serious failure where the physical device has become damaged beyond software recovery and will need expert repair to the electronics of the device, or the memory chips removed and the data extracted by other means - this expert work will require a laboratory and therefore becomes expensive.
